Also known as a factory reset, it’s a good idea to carry out a flash reset the flash if your card reader isn´t isn't working in the way it´s it's supposed to.

Resetting the A flash reset erases the working memory of the card reader, clearing out any corrupted flash. After the flash reset has been reset on a card reader carried out, it needs to fetch update the terminal software and terminal configurations again.

1. Hold down the Cancel Button and then also press the Back Button (←) 

2. Enter password: 746723 and

   press 

   press the OK Button

3. Scroll menu using

   ↓ (down arrow) to Config and press OK

   Down Arrow Button (↓) to "Config" and press the OK Button

4. Select “FLASH RESET

   FLASH“  and press OK

   “ and press the OK Button

5. Return to the previous menu by pressing

   C

   the Cancel Button 

6. Scroll down to “Save and Reset“ and

   press OK

   press the OK Button

7. The card reader should now restart
