In order for the pairing between the HiLite and another device to be successful, Location permissions must be enabled in the Lloyds Cardnet app.
To ensure that the Location permission is granted, we must follow the following steps:
Note: The steps may vary slightly due to modifications in different android OS
The user should exit the Lloyds Cardnet app (force close)
Go to Settings > Apps > Lloyds Cardnet app > App permissions > enable Location permission
After doing this turn HiLite off and on and reopen the Lloyds Cardnet app.
The pairing should go smoothly.
Then, if the card reader continues to be connect, please carry out a 'flash reset' by following the below steps
