Cloud : Transactions do not start on the terminal
In case transactions can not start on the terminal when initiated over the cloud, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can be carried out :
The most common reason is that the Handpoint Payments App running on the terminal is in standalone mode instead of integrated. In which case the merchant needs to go to the app settings (cogwheel) → Scroll down and flip the toggle to integrated.
If the terminal is in integrated mode and showing NOT AVAILABLE, the issue could be that no API key has been generated on the merchant level of the Handpoint terminal management system. In which case an API key should be created.

If an API key already exists and the terminal still shows NOT AVAILABLE switching the integrated mode back and forth will reinitialize the cloud connection:
