Issue when pairing the HiLite with another device via Bluetooth (Android)

In order for the pairing between the HiLite and another device to be successful, Location permissions must be enabled in the Handpoint Payment mPOS app.

To ensure that the Location permission is granted, we must follow the following steps:
Note: The steps may vary slightly due to modifications in different android OS

The user should exit the Handpoint Payment mPOS app (force close)
Go to Settings > Apps > mPOS app > App permissions > enable Location permission
After doing this turn HiLite off and on and reopen the mPOS app.
The pairing should go smoothly.

Then, if the card reader continues to be connect, please carry out a 'flash reset' by following the below steps
